As a master voice teacher, Dr. Stanford Felix has been on the voice faculties of the University of Minnesota, (Twin Cities), Emporia State University (Kansas), and Texas A&M University- Kingsville as well as in his private voice studio for nearly three decades. He is the author of a critically acclaimed book on vocal technique, Beautiful Singing, and has performed in opera, oratorio, and recitals throughout the country.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR LESSONS
Beginner and intermediate singers: how to breathe and support the breath, how to find a consitent and relaxed tone while building and extending the range of the voice. We'll work on vowel placement, good diction, song interpretation and performance, and build up the repertoire.

Advanced singers: extensive work on repertoire and roles and remedying technique challenges.
